Category Selection

The Horowhenua District Council operates an online request service for customers to report a problem or make an information request. If the problem is URGENT, please phone us on (06) 366 0999 - 24 hours a day. If the problem is not urgent, please continue to submit your request to us and include any images relevant.
In the search panel, enter the subject to search and click the 'Search' button.
A list of available categories will be displayed in the results list.
Select the category required.
If you wish to view all categories available, select "Show All".
If you are unsure which category your issue relates to, select "General Enquiries"
